Pan Fried Beef Tacos
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 (10 ounce can) Diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
1 (4.5 ounce can) green chiles
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
6 (8 inch) flour or whole wheat tortillas
3 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the beef, breaking up with a spoon into crumbles until completely cooked through. Drain the grease and return to the skillet.
